Our investment model does not center around rigid criteria and rules. We practice the art of creating and giving genuine customer values through the circumstances of each opportunity. We identify properties for development, and simultaneously enter into agreements with developers and builders to sell the land at set prices based on discounts to market valuation.

We also achieve our mandate through philanthropy. We provide on-going financial support for Homeland International Inc., aiding them in their work for affordable community housing and improving societies worldwide.

We are associated with the UN Global Compact (www.globalcompact.com), an initiative bringing companies together with UN agencies, labor and civil society to support environmental and social principles. We also help to mentor and finance non-profit organizations to blend commerce and philanthropy.

Our founder, Firoz Shroff, was President of the United Nations Association of Canada until 2006 and now serves as a Director. We actively assist in establishing new UNA chapters around the world.
